Tell us what you are trying to change.
The most useful first message is not a list of deliverables. It is a description of the situation — what is happening in the business, what you have already tried, and what has to be different by when.

We reply to every enquiry within one business day. If your project has a fixed deadline, say so in the first line — it changes how we schedule the conversation.

Writing a useful brief
Five lines are enough.
You do not need a formal document. If you can answer these five questions, we can give you a meaningful response rather than a generic capabilities deck.
- What does your company sell, and to whom?
- What is happening now that made you look for a studio?
- Which markets does the work need to serve — Canada, the United States, Germany, or all three?
- Is there a fixed date it has to be ready for — a trade fair, a launch, a season?
- What budget range are you working within? An honest number saves both of us three meetings.
Before you write
Straight answers to the usual questions.
01
Do you publish prices?
No. Design priced by the page is design bought by the page. We quote a fixed price per project once the scope is agreed, and you see it in writing before anything begins.
02
Can you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. A substantial part of our work is for clients in the United States and Germany. Meetings are scheduled around your time zone and files are prepared to your market’s standards.
03
Do you take on small projects?
Yes, provided the scope is clear. A single well-defined piece — a catalogue, a landing page, a shoot — is often the best way for both sides to find out how the working relationship feels.
04
How long does a project take?
A landing page or a focused design piece: two to four weeks. A website or a catalogue: six to twelve. A full brand identity with rollout: three to six months. Fixed deadlines are built into the schedule from the start.
05
Who owns the files?
You do, on final payment — including layered source files, templates and guidelines. We keep an archive copy; you keep the rights.
06
Can you work with our existing team?
Often the best arrangement. We build the system and the templates; your in-house team runs the day-to-day production with the brand held steady.
Or simply call
Some conversations are faster out loud.
If you would rather talk it through, call the studio during Mountain Time business hours. Ask for the person handling new projects — you will speak to someone who will actually work on it.
